You: The Examinee participating in an exam through this platform.
2. Purpose and Access
You are granted access to the Platform solely for the purpose of
participating in exams organized by the Exam Organizer.
Access may be provided via direct invitation or through self-registration
for public exams (e.g., competitions or open assessments).
3. Your Responsibilities
Integrity: You agree to complete the exam honestly and independently,
without external assistance or dishonest practices.
Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and verifiable identity
information during registration.
Device & Connectivity: You are responsible for ensuring that your device
and internet connection are stable and meet the required specifications.
4. Exam Payments (If Applicable)
All payments must be made through the official payment gateway
provided within the Platform to ensure transaction security.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to the
Exam Organizer, whose decision shall be final.
5. Exam Monitoring (Proctoring)
If proctoring features are enabled, you consent to being monitored via
your camera, microphone, and screen activity to prevent cheating.
By proceeding, you provide explicit consent for such monitoring.
If you do not agree, you may not continue with the exam.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Engaging in any form of cheating, collaboration, or use of third-party assistance.
Recording, capturing, copying, or distributing exam questions or content.
Using unauthorized software, bots, or automated scripts.
7. Violations and Consequences
Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in disqualification,
reporting to the Exam Organizer, and other applicable sanctions.
8. Privacy and Liability
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please note that CBT INDOLAT is not responsible for exam content, grading,
or technical issues caused by your own device or internet connection.
